Delivery & lead times

Dispatch times

• In-stock items — order confirmed before 3 pm CET (working days): same-day dispatch, otherwise next working day.
• 48-h delivery in mainland France after dispatch (express carriers).
• Items on procurement — the exact lead time is stated on your quote and order confirmation (typically 2 to 10 working days depending on the reference).

Every shipment gets a tracking number emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Shipping costs

• Free from €300 excl. VAT per order (France & European Union).
• Below that: flat €15 excl. VAT (France) or €25 excl. VAT (European Union).
• Heavy items (> 30 kg) or delivery outside the EU: freight on request — we propose the most suitable solution (express, freight, pickup).

International

We ship worldwide from France. For exports outside the EU we prepare the required documents (export invoice, certificate of origin on request). Contact us for a precise freight quote: request a quote.

Packaging & conformity
